I have used Body Shop products since the 90's, starting with bath beads. In 1996, I went to The Body Shop for a makeover to purchase all the makeup for my wedding. The person who did my makeover sold me this makeup remover, and I have been using it loyally ever since (that's 15 years!). Here's how it works: even if I wear stage makeup with waterproof mascara, I put a small amount of this on a cotton pad and wipe all over my closed eye. All the makeup simply melts away. I can wipe gently and it still comes off. My two favorite things that make this different than any other makeup remover I have tried: it doesn't leave greasy film on my face, and it doesn't sting my eyes. It feels like cool water. I don't know how it works. I always tell people that when The Body Shop stops making this, I'll stop wearing makeup. Also, I wear makeup every day and one of these $15 bottles lasts more than 6 months. I love everything I buy from this company, but this is the product that I really don't want to live without!
